It was a joy to collaborate with Kei as my UX Designer on three hackathon projects both virtually and in-person. As a Software Engineer, I felt that Kei’s web UI designs were sharp and hit the brief on all our projects, with a deep understanding of the user journey. Our hackathon deadlines were demanding, but Kei worked well under pressure and thrived under ambiguity. From a technical standpoint I was impressed by her ability to pick up HTML, CSS and React to help deliver projects before the deadline. I would absolutely work with Kei again and highly recommend her skills as a Product Designer.

I was interviewed by Kei on 2 separate occasions, one during market research and another time for a personal project of mine. I went into both feeling a bit nervous as I didn't know what to expect, however Kei quickly put me at ease and led the sessions well.
There were times when I was doubtful of my responses, internally question whether it was clear enough or did I say something silly, but Kei never made me feel awkward and asked very insightful follow up questions.
Kei's skills as an interviewer and her empathetic style are both very commendable. I would highly recommend her for leading discovery sessions and building a good rapport with people.
